2K Primer
1. Features: This product is a two-component high solid intermediate paint with excellent filling and flatness, quick drying and easy polishing. Strong binding force to upper and lower coatings
High solid, double pack clear coat, suitable for overall refinishing and application or spot repair, high gloss, good chemical resistance, excellent gloss and color retention.

2. Application: Mainly used for all kinds of vehicles, mechanical equipment and other intermediate coating, in order to increase the gloss and fullness of topcoat.

3. Suitable substrate: polished and clean and dry atomite, epoxy primer, 2K old paint and other surfaces.

4. Mixing ratio (volume ratio): 100:25:25

5. Spraying viscosity and service time: mix evenly before use, spraying viscosity is 20 seconds (coating -4 cups, 25ºC), service life is less than 2 hours /25ºC.

6. Spraying requirements: Choose 1.4-1.8mm caliber spray gun, air pressure 3-4 bar, spray 2-3 single layers, film thickness 35-50um, flash dry for 5 minutes every time.

7. Drying time: self-drying at room temperature 25ºC for about 1 hour can be water mill, dry grinding for about 2 hours. Bake 60 ° C -70 ° C /10 minutes.

8. Grinding process: water sandpaper P600-P1000 or (mechanical) dry grinding P320-P400.

9. Points for attention:      
(1) The paint should be thoroughly stirred before spraying, and supporting the use of hardener, diluent. according to the temperature,              diluent is divided into  (standard dry, fast dry, slow dry).      
(2) When spraying, the first layer not to be too wet and thick, and the volatile time between the layers should not be too short;      
(3) must be completely dry in the case of grinding, otherwise it is easy to bite sandpaper or sand marks seriously cause color paint loss light  and other maladies.
