Highlighting clearcoat

1. Product features: This product has excellent construction, high cost performance.

2. Use: Especially suitable for car factory or repair plant of the whole vehicle spraying or high-grade car refurbishment .

3. Substrate: Suitable for coating the surface of the workpiece sprayed with one component (1K) base paint

4. Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : Clearcoat  100: Hardener   50: Thinner  10-15

5. Viscosity and time limit: when used, it should be mixed evenly, spraying viscosity is 15 ~ 17 seconds (coating -4 cups, 25ºC), use time limit is 4h/25ºC.

6. Spraying requirements: choose the diameter of 1.3 ~ 1.7mm spray gun, the working pressure is 3 ~ 5bar, spray 2-3 channels, film thickness is 40 ~ 60um, each channel is separated by 10 ~ 20 minutes, after spraying, stand for 20 ~ 30 minutes to bake.

7. Drying method and time: room temperature 25ºC/8 hours, bake 60ºC-70ºC/45-60 minutes.

8. Note: with different construction temperature and environment can choose standard drying, fast drying, slow drying series of hardener and diluent, in order to ensure the spraying effect, varnish and hardener must be fully stirred evenly. Please use a series of products, the effect is better after spraying.
