30F Super fast dry clearcoat

1. Features: This product has high reactivity, quick drying, bright and smooth film, excellent construction performance, high hardness. Curing time at room temperature has been shortened from 7-8 days to 2-3 hours. 60ºC baking drying time only 10 minutes, especially suitable for quick repair.

2. Usage: Especially suitable for low temperature weather or dry environment of the car local quick repair, greatly improve the efficiency and quality of car maintenance.

3. Substrate: Suitable for coating the surface of the workpiece sprayed with one component (1K) base paint.

4. Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : 100:50

5. Viscosity and time limit: before use, it should be stirred evenly. The spraying viscosity should be adjusted to 13 ~ 1 5 seconds (4 cups, 20ºC), and the time limit should be less than 1H /25ºC.

6. Spraying requirements: choose the diameter of 1.3 ~ 1.5mm spray gun, working pressure of 3 ~ 4 bar, spraying 2 channels, film thickness of 30 ~ 50um, temperature at 5-14ºC each channel 5-10 minutes apart, temperature at 0-5ºC each channel 15-20 minutes apart, after spraying, stand for 20 ~ 30 minutes to bake.

7. Drying method and time: temperature at 5-10ºC about 180 minutes can be polished, baking 60ºC-70ºC /20-30 minutes.

8. Points for attention:        
(1) In order to ensure the effect of spraying, please use curing agent, this super fast drying varnish generally does not need to add diluent. In winter, if you add thinning material, you can add 0~2%. Can be directly sprayed 2, not thick coating, otherwise it will affect the drying speed, loss of light and many other problems.        
(2) only limited to small area local quick repair use, not large area spraying
