Product Description

Epoxy primer
1: Product Features: This series of products are two-component pure epoxy primers with excellent adhesion, providing excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance and chemical resistance to all kinds of metals, FRP and glass

2: Usage: Usually used for all kinds of vehicles, machinery and other metal surface protective coating

3: Suitable substrate: iron, aluminum, galvanized sheet, glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel and other surfaces that have been polished and completely clean.

4: Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : Epoxy primer 100%: hardener 25%: thinner 25%

5: Spraying viscosity and time: mix evenly before use, spraying viscosity is 20 seconds (coating -4 cups, 20ºC), the time limit is 2 hours /20ºC

6: Spraying requirements: Use 1.5 ~ 1.8mm caliber spray gun, air pressure is 3-5 bar, spray 2-3 monolayers, film thickness is about 40 ~ 50um, flash dry for 5 minutes every time.

7: Drying time, grinding: room temperature 20ºC for 3 hours, bake 70ºC-80ºC/20 minutes

8: Grinding process: water sandpaper P180-P800 or (mechanical) dry grinding P180-P240.

9: Points for attention:      
(1)Please stir well before use, and filter clean; .      
(2)In order to ensure the coating effect, please use epoxy special hardener, diluent; .      
(3) Primer should not be sprayed too thick, otherwise it will cause too slow drying or poor adhesion between layers. When the working environment temperature is lower than 5ºC, it is not suitable to spray 2K epoxy primer or heat baking.
